Shipping Policy

Logistical Partners: We use the services of UPS, FEDEX, Mumbai Post or any other Mumbai based reliable Shipping Company for our logistical support. Currently we ship worldwide

Shipping in Mumbai: If there are any special shipping charges in view of remoteness of the location, the customer will have to pay the same.

Same day or next business day shipping: All orders, for which we have received payment in full, are shipped in 3 days  of Artwork lying with us at the gallery. If artwork has to be procured from the artist it will ship in 6 working days.

Same day or next business day shipping: All orders, for which we have received payment in full, are shipped in 3 days  of Artwork lying with us at the gallery. If artwork has to be procured from the artist it will ship in 6 working days. For Domestic and International Order 

We ship on all days except Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays as our Logistical Partners do not operate on these days.

PO Address Deliveries: Customers must provide error-free shipping address to avoid delays in shipment. Some Shipping Companies do not deliver to a PO address and hence customers will have to provide a proper street address with zip code  pin code etc.

Track your parcel service: Immediately upon the product being shipped, a tracking link is generated and sent to customer through an email. Customers can check the status of their parcels by clicking on this link or by visiting “Order Status” link on our website or on the courier company website .

Please note that our orders are shipped from Mumbai.

Packaging: All products are first packed in plastic or in a plastic cylinder or crate as the case may be

Pre-shipment Inspection: All products are subjected to pre-shipment inspection.
